High-temperature and high-pressure integrated forming temperature sensor is usually used to measure the stator temperature of large and medium-sized generators. Based on the embedded thermistor temperature measuring element for motor, advanced insulating material processing technology is used to process the insulation filler strips of various shapes, and the patent technology of integrated high-temperature and high-pressure forming is used for one-time forming. After forming, the temperature measuring element (embedded thermal resistor for motor) is integrated with the insulation material to effectively avoid the influence of uncertain factors in the secondary assembly and packaging of the main engine plant. The high-temperature and high-pressure integrated forming temperature sensor features of high accuracy, high stability, high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, high insulation, anti-corona, anti-magnetization, etc. Its designed service life is more than 15 years.

It is applied in monitoring the temperature of stator winding, iron core and pressure finger of large and medium-sized generators.

High-temperature and high-pressure integrated forming is available. After forming, the temperature measuring element (embedded thermal resistor for motor) are integrated with insulation material.
It feature high precision, high stability and high reliability.
With a wide range of dimensions, it can be integrated within a dimension of 500mm in width, 7,300mm in length and 20mm in thickness.
There are various shapes. It can be formed into different shapes such as fan-shaped and rectangle.
There are many temperature measurement points. Many temperature measurement areas (or points) can be arranged within an allowable dimension.
Avoid the influence of uncertain factors caused by the secondary packaging of the main engine plant.
